Silver "Disco Ball" Ornament
Silver "Disco Ball" Ornament
Published by popular demand. Please note that there are several idiosyncrasies to this mold (several of the outer small gems are missing and there is a small scratch on the main large gem). But hey, the ornaments they make are fantastic. These ornaments measure approximately 3” tall.
2025 Preorder Info
Each year we publish the new collection as early as possible for discounted preorder. We then produce the collection between February and May. The preorder (and discounted prices) will remain up until each design has been produced. Your order will ship out once all designs in your order have been produced. This could be as early as March, or as late as June 1st. We thank you immensely for shopping the preorder, as it gives us a bit of added income during production months as well as shows us which designs will be popular. If you would like to add to your order throughout the preorder window, simply make a note at checkout and we will do our best to combine them! If you have any other questions, I’m just an email away!
These ornaments are packed in a large box with fiberfill padding and an insert card detailing the care and history of the ornaments. Please Note: Sets may be packed in a single box.
Each mold, made out of brass and gemstones, is dipped into the surface of molten tin. A thin layer of tin solidifies on the mold, making a perfect replica in relief. We then trim and hand-paint each ornament and mount a wire with an eye loop for a hook. The result is a sparkling, highly-detailed ornament that give the illusion of being set with gemstones.
Because the ornaments are made from pure tin, they will keep their shine and brilliance for many years to come. They should be stored in their boxes during the off season in order to keep the dust off. If they get dusty (often appearing cloudy), they can be gently cleaned with a dry paint brush. The ornaments are delicate, but tend to bend instead of break (you can often fix them by gently bending them back into place). That being said, please handle them with care.
Although we strive to deliver only the nicest ornaments, they are still handmade. Please allow for some idiosyncrasies in the casting and paint job. However, if you have any problems with your ornament, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
